I agree that while social media has many benefits it could also cause many problems, like addiction, as you've mentioned. Social media has been thought to be the main culprit of mental health problems around the world, and sometimes I think that's scary. I certainly experience some of those problems myself. As users we have to be wiser in how we use social media so it doesn't damage our well-being.
